Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost earring. Highly recommend a stay for comfort and service. Returning for Christmas!

Pleasant Surprise with the Staff
The friendly staff made my arrival smooth, immediately attending to my request for extra towels and providing great local dining tips. They really put a personal touch to my stay.
However, the mattress had a sagging issue, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. It really detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Housekeeping clearly needs improvement!!! An unreliable elevator situation doesn't help either, leaving guests feeling stressed rather than relaxed!!!

A simple breakdown of my experience
The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the housekeeping services were lacking, as my room went uncleaned during my entire stay. Additionally, the staff interactions were not very welcoming, leaving a less than favorable impression.

I had a great time with my friends in our two Queen bed room! The front desk staff were super helpful, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant after a long day exploring the nearby attractions, such as the Gruene Historic District and the Comal River. The breakfast buffet was decent too, so I recommend checking that out!
However, be cautious of random charges to your card. A friend had an unusual double charge during their stay that took a while to resolve, which was stressful.

The King Room was decent in size but not very comfy. The mattress felt saggy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was pretty clean though, and the water pressure in the shower was strong, which I appreciated. There were some amenities like a Keurig machine, but that didn’t really make up for the discomfort. I can’t say I felt rested after my stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room during my time there either, which was disappointing.

The on-site restaurant offered unique meal options that made it convenient after a long day. It’s close to attractions like Schlitterbahn, making it easy to hit the water park.
I found the beds uncomfortable. they felt way too firm for my liking. Housekeeping was nonexistent during my stay, which is a bit disappointing when you're looking for a clean room every day. Additionally, it feels like management isn't addressing cleanliness issues effectively, considering others have pointed it out too.
